Step 1.
Confirm Customization requirements (1-3 Days)
Before we start, our company will sign NDA files to protect your intellectual property. Our engineers will communicate with your team about your project’s detail. After we get all the basic details, we will make a custom form to record the details and then discuss some detail to give you a quick solution plan.

Step 2.
Product Design (3-10 Days) (1-3 Days)
Do you want to get customized products quickly? Please provide us with your product drawings (2D/3D) or product samples. If you have a 3D file (the formats of STEP/STP, IGES/IGS, X_T), it will be the best. Our engineers will communicate with you all product details at the initial customization stage to further improve your product design.
After agreeing on the product details, we will work out the design draft and send you the finished 3D CAD drawing for your review, including dimensions, multiple views, and general appearance renderings.

Step 3.
DFM Report Confirmation (3-5 Days) (1-3 Days)
DFM (Design for Manufacture) is essential to ensure that it is practical, safe, and capable of meeting the needs of the intended users. Designers can identify any potential challenges or limitations that may arise during production. They will provide you with suggestions for modifying the product drawings and optimizing the design drawings according to the feasibility of the products.
Confirm all details of molds and products during production with you through the DFM report.
· Tooling: material, cavity, tooling life, processing tolerance, etc.
· Product: material, color, hardness, surface technology and other details.
Evaluate possible problems in production and their solutions.
Step 4.
Mold Design & Mold Flow Analysis (1-3 Days)
The engineers will create a 3D model of the mold using CAD software, identifying potential issues during the injection molding process (such as runner design, molding defects, etc.). Based on the results of the mold trial, adjustments will be made to the mold until the desired outcome is achieved.
Step 5.
Going from Prototype Design to Finished Product (3-5 Days)
Before production, you can choose to 3D print product prototypes or prototype mold. 3D printing often uses computer-aided design (CAD) models. For simple design products, we will confim the product structure by 3D printing the prototype, but it is only used to confirm the structure and appearance, not for actual use. Prototype mold is generally used for testing the new design before massproduction. The structure of the mold is simplified and optimized so as to accelerate the manufacturing process and lower the cost. Prototyping allows you to test, evaluate and improve the design of your product to meet the requirements of the final product.

Step 6.
Custom Tooling
We select suitable steel materials according to mold requirements and process and assemble the mold through techniques such as CNC machining, EDM, wire cutting, and polishing.
Step 6.1
Material Services
According to your product needs, we will select the correct raw materials for you to improve the quality of your products. We work closely with suppliers of brands such as Wacker, Momentive, Shin-Etsu, DuPont, Ticona raw material suppliers.
Step 6.2
Sample Production Tooling Making (3-5 Days)
We will first create a small-sized sample tooling, typically with only one cavity or less cavities. We will use the sample tooling to make the product. Through sample testing and evaluation, we will modify the sample tooling until we achieve a product that meets your satisfaction. lt is not recommended to create a mass tooling at the beginning. Because any issues arise that require modifications, can result in significant economic losses. The sample tooling is used to confirm the prototype structure, not for mass production.
Step 6.3
Mass Production Mold Making (15-30 Days)
Mass production molds have more cavities than sample molds. After confirming the sample, we started communicating to make the mold for mass production. Of course, before mass production, we will use formal molds to make final samples to ensure they meet your requirements.
· About cavity: The cavity refers to the quantity of the same product produced in a single production cycle. The higher the number of mold cavities, the higher the mold manufacturing cost, but the lower the production cost per product.
Step 6.4
Custom Color Services
We have extensive experience in color development and control using LSR, compression or extrusion technology.
Selection of color:We use the Pantone “C” Color Chart to confirm the product color you choose.
Color confirmation method:Since it is not accurate to confirm the color through mobile phone or computer devices, we can confirm it through the Pantone Color Chart or send you the product.
Step 6.5
Branding Services
We provide different printing methods to incorporate your logo into the product, such as pad printing, heat transfer printing, water transfer printing, etc.
Step 7.
Mass Production (10-25 Days)
We conduct comprehensive production testing of the mold. Sample parts are provided to the customer for validation. Final mold optimization is carried out based on the feedback.
Once the customer’s approval is received, we will proceed with mass production. Throughout the production process, strict quality control will be implemented to ensure we meet the delivery timeline, and we will keep you updated on the production progress.
Step 8.
QC & Transportation (7-30 Days)
Once the mass production is complete and the products pass quality control, they are prepared for shipping. According to your needs, you can select the appropriate shipping method to deliver the products.
