How to ensure the accuracy of customized products?
Before production begins, we confirm detailed design drawings or samples with the customer to ensure all product details meet their requirements. During production, we provide regular progress updates and conduct thorough quality inspections after completion to guarantee the product meets your specifications.
How long does it take to customize a product?
The production cycle depends on the product’s complexity. Simple items can be completed in as little as 1 week, while more complex ones may take several months. However, most products typically require about 10 to 15 days.
How much does the injection molding service cost?
The cost of our injection molding service depends on several factors, including product complexity, material choice, and production volume.
What printing methods do you use to apply logos on products? Is it safe to print logos on baby products?
Yes, we provide logo-printing service.
Usually printed by pad printing, screen printing and heat transfer.
For medical products and baby products, usually are used by Debossed or Embossed. In this way, logos will do not directly touch food and mouth, which is safer.
Can you customize silicone/rubber/injection molded products in different shapes and colors?
Yes, we can customize products in various shapes and colors. You may provide a Pantone number or a physical color sample for reference. Our color matching specialist will accurately replicate your desired color.
Do you accept OEM / ODM orders? What is the MOQ minimum order quantity?
Yes we do. Our company specializes in OEM and ODM services for injection molding, silicone rubber, and die-cut products. Our typical minimum order quantity ranges from 100 to 1,000 pieces, depending on the product type and your specific requirements. However, we’re flexible and can adjust the MOQ accordingly. What silicone production processes do you have?
Our capabilities include plastic injection molding, LSR injection molding, silicone compression molding, co-injection molding, overmolding, and insert molding.
What is Injection Molding?
Injection molding is a highly efficient manufacturing process that involves heating and melting material, then injecting it into a mold under high pressure. Once cooled, the material solidifies into precise, complex parts. This method is ideal for mass-producing high-precision components.
Can the product be painted?
While many of the parts we manufacture are painted after forming, we do not provide painting in-house. However, we work with trusted partners who can handle this service.
Do your materials comply with European and American standards?
Yes! Before customizing silicone products, we ensure all materials used are safe and comply with strict regulatory and quality standards. Additionally, our materials have obtained numerous authoritative certifications from Europe and the United States, including FDA, ROHS, DMF, and LFGB.
Are silicone products safe for human?
Silicone is hypoallergenic, biocompatible (causing no adverse effects on humans), and chemically stable (highly inert). Therefore, silicone products are safe for human use.
Do you have material certificates for your silicone?
We use clean, sustainable silicone materials certified by FDA and LFGB. Upon request, we provide raw silicone material test reports.
What materials are used in your products?
Typically, materials like silicone, rubber, plastic, and metal are used, with additional options such as stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass selected based on product design requirements.
Rubber: Includes NR, SBR, BR, IR, NBR, and other types.
Silicone: Features antibacterial and biocompatible medical-grade silicone.
Plastic: Covers ABS, PS, PP, PVC, PC, and other plastics.
I have basic ideas for custom silicone products but no samples or 3D drawings. Can you help?
We follow a rigorous quality control process that includes testing raw materials, monitoring production, and inspecting finished products. Our quality management system is SGS certified, ensuring every product meets high-quality standards.
Can you provide storage for products?
Yes, we offer product storage services. If you have any specific requirements, please don’t hesitate to contact us for more details.
Do you sign confidentiality agreements?
Absolutely, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). As a trusted partner of many well-known brands, we prioritize intellectual property protection and strictly adhere to NDAs to safeguard all designs, technical specifications, production processes, and market information.
Do you have your own factory?
Our company operates six self-owned factories, each equipped with multiple workshops and production lines, enabling us to handle mass production and diverse manufacturing requirements.
What qualification certificate do you have?
We are SGS certified and are a distributor for 3M in China and Tente & Rochling in Germany. Every step of the production process undergoes rigorous testing and inspection to ensure superior quality.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer), credit cards, and PayPal. Typically, we require a deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due after production is finished.
