1. Self-adhesive LSR

We develop different types self-adhesive LSR with different plastic (PC, PA, PBT, PPSU, etc.) achieving plastic-LSR 2K shots molding.
LSR 2k shots is an innovative molding process:
• After finishing plastic Injection molding then directly over-molding LSR in one machine.
• More clients require 2k shots molding due to stability and efficiency.

2 key points of LSR when using 2k shots molding:
• Self-adhesive (there is no time for painting primer)
• Fast curing @ low temperature (needs to balance the mold temperature of plastic and LSR)

2. Low temperature curing selective self-adhesive LSR

Applications:
Over molding with substrates which are not resistant to temperature. If the temperature is too high, it will cause:
• Electronics components – component damaged
• Some thermoplastic with low temperature resistance:
• ABS, PC/ABS, PCTG etc. – material deformation
• Anodized aluminum – oxide layer crack and color changes

Characteristics :
Fast Curing at low temperature (80oC) and keep workable pot-life.
• Pot-life 2hrs@25oC and > 36hrs@5oC
Five hardness levels – 30/40/50/60/70A

3. Highly transparent silicone

Silicone has many characteristics of high clarity, stability, design flexibility, and mechanical that can resist the influence of many external elements, making it an ideal outdoor solution for LED lighting systems. What materials do you use in your products?

Usually silicone/rubber/plastic/metal, other materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass are also used according to product design requirements.
Rubber:NR, SBR, BR, IR, NBR and other rubbers.
Silicone:Antibacterial, biocompatible medical silicone.
Plastic:ABS, PS, PP, PVC, PC and other plastics.

We use clean and sustainable silicone materials that are certified by FDA and LFGB. If required, we will provide a raw silicone material test report.

Silicone is hypoallergenic, biocompatible (no adverse effects on the human), and chemical stability (highly inert). Therefore, silicone products are safe for human beings.
